Jan Kees de Jager is an economist and Minister of Finance in the Dutch parliament. But that’s not all.

De Jager is more than just a politician using his expertise in economics to serve his country. In these times of worldwide financial crisis he leads the way by strongly representing the Dutch financial politics on the worldwide political stage.

De Jager became first State Secretary of Fiscal Affairs and now Minister of Finance in a fairly mind-blowing short time frame.  His responsibilities have recently been upgraded from taking care of a healthy national economy to pulling out all the stops to keep the Eurozone standing.
